Attention HTML5 App Developers! We are seeking open web apps for Firefox OS and Firefox Marketplace.

Are you a mobile developer who’s built apps in the past for Chrome, WebOS, Blackberry, or the Phonegap store? Have you built beautiful web apps for a desktop environment? We want to work with you. And we’d like to make it worth your while to work with us.

We’d love to see your listed apps in Firefox Marketplace when Firefox OS phones launch this summer in select locales. And to sweeten the deal, we’re prepared to send you a Firefox OS Developer Preview device now for you to work with.

Share some details here about the Firefox App you’d like to build or port. Show us you’ve got the skill to get the job done. If your App proposal is accepted, we’ll send you a phone. Our Geeksphone inventory is limited and our launch dates are approaching fast, so act now. This program will close at the end of May or when our phone supply runs out. There’s a limit of one phone per app proposal.
