PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara (Jalin) is a national switching company that was established on November 3, 2016 based on the initiatives of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, Himbara (BTN, BNI, Mandiri Bank, BRI) and Telkom Indonesia. Jalin is one of a Principal Institution in Indonesia through its service “Link” Switching. In accordance to the Ministry’s directive, in June 19th, 2019, PT Danareksa (Persero) acquired a 67 percent stake in PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara.
